●Part-time employees and staff
Number of hires: 20 – 25 people
Places: 1-33 Hayashi-machi, Owase, Japan
Kako Center (processing center), Hayashi-Machi factory, dried fish factory
Hourly pay: around 4 hours /day 800yen/hour
around 8 hours /day 850yen/hour
Treatment: Salary increases possible on a yearly basis, transportation allowance, insurance (excluding part-time staff).
Promotion from part time to full time possible.
Days Off: Working Hours under the One-Year Variable Working Hours System (shifts)
Working hour: 4-8 hours a day during 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Inquiries about hours may be made during the interview process.
*Working hours may be changed seasonally, or by request.
Duties: factory worker (processing and packing )
Our factories have the newest machines and SQF / HACCP system certification.

Pay: Determined by wage regulation of our company
Treatment: Severance package (Pension Plan) available.
Salary increases possible on a yearly basis,
transportation allowance, full insurance coverage, and dormitory (for single male employee) are supplied.
Days Off: 8 days per a month (shifts)
Working hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Overtime: Around 30 hours per a month available.
Duties: Clerical work (Receiving and placing orders, filling out forms, preparing invoices, data entry, etc.)

We are planning to add up to four ships to our coastal longline fishing fleet. In 2017, the second one is to be completed, so more crew will be needed.
