About Fish Processing
The fish we process, we fillet cultivated Yellowtail, Sea Bream, and Amberjack, slicing them into 3 or 5 pieces in our Hayashi-Machi factory, while Salmon processing is carried out at other various processing centers.
At our Hayashi-Machi factory we carry out our "Parts Processing," and at our Marine Product Processing Center, we the difficult task of "Slicing Processing" is carried out by talented technicians. Through our desire to to respond to various market needs by providing "the parts our customers need and quality our customers need," particularly to customers in urban areas (high volume sellers and the food service industry).
In other various factories, we strive to improve efficiency in the industry (labor saving) in order to ensure both a stable supply as well as to strengthen hygiene management. To do so, we use cutting edge machines, as well as proactively installing originally developed machines and tools.
Having reorganized much of our manufacturing machinery lineup, we then refurbished and improved our entire Marine Processing Center, as well as installed new machines and tools.
Also at our Marine Processing Center, we receive Salmon shipped in from Norway (from Marine Harvest, the world's largest Salmon producer) by Airmail five times a week. We then process them into the highest quality fillets, sashimi slices, etc., to supply to customers throughout the country.
